Planning and Design Package
Our most popular package includes day of coordination plus regularly scheduled meetings, guidance, and vendor support. We work together with you to create the perfect event.
Partial Planning Package
A traditional 'Day of Coordination' package with a few much-needed additions to ensure we put on an excellent event together. You plan your dream event; we execute it flawlessly.
Coordination Package
Our goal is to offer a coordination solution that works for you. In addition to our packages, we have a list of a la carte options available to customize your services based on what you need and value.

02. If you think we align, submit an inquiry form on our Contact page with details about your event!
03. Once we receive your inquiry form, we will be in touch via email to confirm the date and arrange a complimentary video chat where we discuss your event and decide on the right package for you!
04. You will get a quote and a contract to review and sign, pay the deposit, and we get started!
05. You get access to our organizational software with all packages. We will work together to start checking off the to-do lists for your big day!
06. We plan and advise, we double-check everything, and we finalize all the details, making sure every ‘t’ is crossed and every ‘i’ is dotted. Then we communicate all of those details and expectations to your vendors.
07. We coordinate your rehearsal the day before your event (included in all packages) and any remaining payments are due.
08. It is event day! We execute everything according to your vision and plan to ensure you have the perfect day!
